1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AscendSphere ("the Service"), operated from Belgium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AscendSphere is a platform that helps users generate AI-powered social media content and publish it to connected third-party platforms. We currently support publishing to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Additional platforms may be added over time and will be clearly indicated within the Service when available.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and when connecting third-party platforms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Third-Party Integrations and TikTok

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your use of each platform through AscendSphere is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies. When using our TikTok integration, you agree to comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant, and we publish content only at your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the terms or community guidelines of any connected platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you generate and publish complies with all applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create or publish through the Service. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to generate, store, and publish that content on your behalf at your request.

7. Credits and Billing

Certain features consume credits according to the pricing shown within the Service. Credits and subscription terms are described at the point of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service or any connected platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
