When you connect platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, we access only the data necessary to provide our services. This includes: basic profile information, ability to publish content you create, and analytics data you request. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. OAuth tokens are stored in our secure database and used only to perform actions you authorize.
You can disconnect any platform at any time, which removes stored tokens. You can request full account deletion by contacting support@ascendsphere.io
We use TikTok Login Kit to authenticate your account and access basic profile information. We use Content Posting API to publish videos you create through our platform. We do not access your private TikTok data beyond what you explicitly authorize.
